John founded Hull & Associates, Inc. in August 1980. A registered Professional Engineer in 14 states, John has more than 30 years of experience with a wide variety of engineering and environmental issues. He serves on governor-appointed committees, advises clients on complicated challenges, and guides his associates as they help Hull's clients achieve environmentally protective and cost-effective solutions. John additionally serves as President of AquaBlok, Ltd., an environmental products company, is in his fourth term as a member of the Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Compensation Board (PUSTCB), and is actively involved in the review and formulation of Ohio's solid waste rules and policies.
John holds both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
